Nikita Mehta is a writer, researcher, yoga teacher, educator and grey area drinking coach. She is a 3rd generation yogi from The Yoga School in Mumbai, India and spent her childhood living between the US and India. Her graduate research studied the interaction between the parasympathetic activations of yoga and meditation and their effects on the secondary manifestations of stuttering. The IRB approved study has deeper implications in today’s pandemic fatigued world and has influenced all of the practices that Nikita teaches today.
